We have a 14-day Return and Refund Policy for defective and damaged products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. A recent photo or video of the product may be requested to assist our support team in evaluating your product concerns.
General Conditions
We want you to love our products that you buy from us. However, if you change your mind or the product you receive is in faulty / damaged condition you may return it to us within 14 days of the date you received it.
Return Process:
1. To start a return, you can contact us at homeandspaces.info@gmail.com. Email us your details of your request for returns, product issues, and a photo or video of the product received to assist our support team in evaluating your product concerns.
2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Inspection of your returned item. Items returned must be in 'as-new' condition and packaged securely in the original packaging. This means you have not used, assembled, damaged, washed or laundered any of the items.
4. Within 5 business days of receiving your return, and subject to confirming it is in 'as-new' condition, we will issue you a full refund. Credits are issued in the original form of payment used during your purchase.
We will not accept returns delivered in person to our distribution centre, offices or warehouse facilities.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know of the refund status.
Refund processing is within 5-7 business days of receiving your return, and subject to confirming it is in 'as-new' condition, we will issue your refund to original account used during in an amount equal to the price you paid for the product.
Exchanges / Replacements
This is the most practical way to resolve the product received with issue. Subject to evaluation and approval, in most cases our warehouse will arrange a new product replacement.
Change of Mind Returns
Our change of mind return period is 14 days.
