CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
Our change of mind returns period is 14 days.
We want you to love our products that you buy from us. However, if you change your mind, you may return it to us within 14 days of the date you received it.
You will be responsible for the actual shipping costs to facilitate a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes the costs of shipping the item to you in the first place, warehouse restocking fee and the cost of shipping back to us. As part of the return process, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned must be in 'as-new' condition and packaged securely in the original packaging. This means you have not used, assembled, damaged, washed or laundered any of the items.
Please note that change of mind returns will not be offered for goods either marked as clearance or reduced to clear.
Within 5 business days of receiving your return, and subject to confirming it is in 'as-new' condition, we will issue you a full refund amount less the cost to ship the product to you and the return shipping back to the warehouse. Credits are issued in the original form of payment used during your purchase.
CHANGE OF MINDS RETURN POLICY AND DETAILS:
- We do not accept change of mind, for products that has been opened and used particularly for beddings, pillows, sofa, lounge chair, or products that is made of fabric materials. This is for health, safety, or health/safety baby-related products because we have a legal duty of the Health and Safety of the customers using our products and we are not allowed to be selling products that have been opened/handled/used, etc.
- We only accept change of mind within 14 days after the item is delivered.
- Please send an email to us, stating your request for returns. Including pictures or video as proof that the products has not been opened, used and assembled.
- For COM product must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Please do not return the product to us without our prior consultation – credit will not be given in this case.
